Is $497 really the whole price?
Yes, for the scope on this page: up to five pages, your existing content, one reference direction and one revision round. If you want something outside that we tell you the price before any work starts. There is no second invoice.
What if I do not like the free preview?
Then you walk away and owe nothing. That is the point of showing you first. You keep the preview link either way.
Do I have to change where my site is hosted?
Usually not. We work with what you have wherever we can. If your current setup makes the rebuild impossible we will say so before you pay anything.
How long does the whole thing take?
The free preview arrives within three business days of your email confirmation. Once you say go, the rest of the pages and your revision round typically take one to two weeks, depending on how quickly you can review.
What if my site needs more than a reformat?
We will tell you honestly. Some sites need new pages and new content, and that is a Custom Website Build starting at $2,500. We would rather say that at the preview stage than take $497 for something that will not fix your problem.
What happens after it goes live?
Nothing you have to pay for. Website Care is available from $500 a month if you want someone keeping an eye on it, but the rebuild is finished work, not a subscription.
