Social Media Management

Posting consistently is the hard part. We take that off you.

Most small businesses do not have a social media problem. They have a time problem. The account exists, the intention is there, and then a busy fortnight happens and the last post is from March.

We plan the month, write and design the posts, and publish them. You approve the calendar and get on with the job.

Posting for the sake of posting is a waste of everyone's time.

A feed full of stock quotes and national holidays does not win work. It just proves somebody is paying for software.

What does work is the ordinary stuff: the job you finished on Tuesday, the question three customers asked this month, the thing people get wrong about your trade. That is what we build a month around.

Included every month

What we do.

Everything below runs against a calendar you have approved. Nothing goes out that you have not seen.

Included

A monthly plan you approve

We propose the month ahead on a calendar. Nothing is produced, scheduled or published until you have signed it off.

Included

The posts themselves

Written, designed and adapted for each destination. Your business, your tone, your actual work, not recycled stock.

Included

Scheduling and publishing

To the accounts named in your agreement. You do not have to remember, and you do not have to be the one posting at eight in the morning.

Included

Adapted per platform

The same idea written properly for each place it appears rather than one caption pasted everywhere.

Included

A monthly summary

What went out, what it was for, and what we think is worth doing more of. Written in plain language.

Included

Joined up with the rest

If you are also on Website Care or Content and Authority, the social plan follows the same calendar instead of running separately.

Not included

What we do not do.

Said as plainly as the list above, because the gap between these two lists is where most agency relationships go wrong.

  • Daily community management

We do not sit in your comments and inbox through the day. Replying to customers stays with you, because you are the one who can actually answer them.

  • Direct messages and lead follow up

Enquiries that arrive through social go to you. We are not a sales team and we will not pretend to be one.

  • Paid advertising

This is organic posting. Ad budget, targeting and ad management are a separate conversation.

  • Filming and photography on site

We work with what you can send us. Shoots, advanced video editing and premium licensed assets are quoted separately.

  • Guaranteed reach or followers

Nobody can promise that honestly. We commit to the work and the calendar, not to a number the platform controls.

How a month runs.

The same shape every month, so you always know what is coming.

01We agree what you are posting for

More enquiries, more applicants, or simply looking alive to someone checking you out. The plan is different for each.

02You approve a monthly calendar

Topics, formats and dates, written down before anything is made.

03We produce and schedule it

Written, designed and queued to the accounts in your agreement.

04You get a short summary

What went out and what we would change. Then we plan the next month.

Common questions.

How many posts do I get a month?

Social Starter and Growth include 8 posts a month, planned on a calendar you approve. Growth Plus includes 12 posts a month. Platforms and formats are agreed before work begins; Custom packages set their quantities in the written scope.

Which platforms do you cover?

Two on Social Starter. That is usually Instagram and Facebook for local service businesses, or LinkedIn for business to business. We would rather do two properly than five badly.

Do you reply to comments and messages?

No. Day to day community management, direct messages and lead follow up stay with you. You can answer a customer question properly and quickly, and we cannot.

Can you use my photos?

Yes, and we would prefer to. Real photos of your work, your team and your vans beat anything generic. Send us what you have on your phone and we will handle the rest.

What does it cost?

Social Starter is $199 a month for social on its own. Growth is $650 a month, including website care, 1 blog article, 8 social posts, and foundational SEO. Growth Plus is $1,150 a month, with 2 blog articles and 12 social posts total, focused SEO work, and 1 planned website improvement. Custom work is scoped and priced separately.

Is there a minimum term?

Three months. The first month is mostly setup and learning what works for your audience, and social rarely shows anything worth judging before then.

What if I want to stop?

After the first three months, you stop whenever you like. We will not hold your accounts hostage, and everything we made for you is yours.

A short conversation is enough for us to say whether social is worth your money yet, and what we would post if it is.
